Pembroke Education Circle was founded in Mumbai with a simple belief: that India's most ambitious students deserve guidance as thoughtful and rigorous as the universities they aim to join.
What began as a small, private practice has grown into a trusted partnership for families seeking clarity in an increasingly complex admissions landscape. We have never scaled for volume — and we never will.

Pembroke is led by Sara Rathore, an Erasmus Mundus Scholar — selected by the European Union for one of the most competitive academic programmes in the world: a joint Masters held simultaneously across four institutions in Lisbon, Paris, Rotterdam, and Glasgow. A former Young India Fellow, she has built, from the inside, exactly the kind of application she now helps students write — one compelling enough to earn a place, and the funding to match, at some of the world's most selective universities. She has guided students to admission across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Europe, including placements with full tuition waivers and stipends.
